劇情：
四二六是黑社會的紅棍代號，也是臥底探員的警員編號，明顯指涉兩種身分矛盾，也開創七十年代末一系列黑社會數字電影。甫開場就見殺人姦淫，再接劉關張神像和三合會儀式，開門見山就是要挑戰黑社會。臥底張大文（白彪）潛入黑幫，因打擊對頭人而上位，又能取信龍頭大佬，結果成功將兩幫人馬連根拔起，更勸朋友狗仔（韓國才）和情人七妹（米雪）洗心革面，一舉清洗黑社會勢力。典型的臥底電影脈絡，以黑襯白，黑道人物沒有絕對壞人，好人警察卻永遠難做。
